I am currently enrolled in my third semester at Seneca College in the Travel and Tourism program, specializing in Meeting and Event Planning. My goal is to excel and achieve managerial for extensive experiences and fulfillment.

During the employment in food and beverage department in The Kimberley Hotel, Hong Kong. I assisted the guests with excellent customer service, explained and promoted the food and beverage of the restaurant to the guests. The experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. In Seneca College, I have learned how to operate Sabre, recently passed my TICO exam and have created numerous amounts of mock itineraries for various assignments. Through volunteer experiences, I have learned the preparation process for procurement and how to execute a successful event.
